Fees

Legal Aid is available to our clients, subject to qualifying criteria being met, and we are happy to talk through the process with you.

What is legal aid?

Legal aid can help to meet the cost of:

  • Legal advice
  • Family mediation
  • Representation in court

You’ll need to show that:

  • Your case is eligible for legal aid
  • You have proof of domestic abuse
  • You qualify financially

You could qualify if you or your family are at risk of abuse or serious harm.

What if I don’t qualify for legal aid?

For private clients we offer:

  • Fixed fees
  • Instalment plans

We also work with private clients, so if you don’t qualify for Legal Aid, we can provide a competitive fixed fee quote (this does not include the cost of essential legal disbursements). We offer instalment plans for fees to make the cost of work manageable for you. Please contact us for further information.
